Boston Breakers 49, Birmingham Stallions 26

Dateline: Sunday, April 13, 1986. Another week, another Boston win, another 7 touchdowns for Matt Dunigan. The rest of the league better figure out something quick. Because, the inevitability of the Breakers winning the championship this year is starting to set in.

Birmingham, once 6-1, lost a shocker to Memphis last week and now this one against the Breakers. Under normal circumstances, the 354 yards they put up and 26 points would be enough for a win. But, the Breakers are playing on a different level this year.

Boston looks to keep rolling against Jersey. Birmingham needs to figure things out before playing a tough Michigan team.
