Memphis managed only 221 total yards, including 57 on the ground. Their only score came from a late Kent Austin touchdown pass. It put the game at 9-7 and gave them a chance. However, Jacksonville running back Craig Turner scored another touchdown to put the game away.

Jacksonville travels to Vegas to play a hot Ace team. Memphis hosts Tampa, a fellow playoff hopeful.
