Dateline: Sunday, June 1, 1986. Another game, another blowout Sunday afternoon. Tampa Bay, like Memphis, held Chicago under 200 total yards of offense. They returned 3 intercptions for touchdowns and their backup quarterback Frank Reich handled the game well.
Chicago tried again to see what they have with Schwab, but the young quarterback just looked overmatched. The coaches will be gald to get back into the film room with Chuck Long and start building the offense around him in the offseason.
Tampa hosts New Jersey next week to close out their season.
