
Dateline: Sunday, June 15, 1986. Matt Dunigan and the Boston Breakers march on, defeating New Jersey soundly Sunday afternoon. Dunigan tossed 5 toucdhown passes in the game against no interceptions. Two rushing touchdowns rounded out the Breakers scoring.
The Generals scored two late touchdowns in the fourth quarter to make it respectable. But, the truth is that Boston conotrolled the game from the second half on when they went on a 28-0 scoring blitz to put the game out of reach.
