THE HARBOR HOOLIGANS – May/June 1986
“18 – 0 is still in play! Next up, the Generals!”
CAPTAIN’S LOG: HOOLIGAN HIGHLIGHTS
The Good
- Boston scored 40+ points in all 4 games in April
- They gained over 500 yards in three games and over 600 in two
- Quarterback Matt Dunigan threw 19 touchdowns in those games
- Buford Jordan made up for Dunigan’s lowest output by scoring three touchdowns in that game.
The “Bad”
- Boston survived a 5 interception game to defeat Tampa Bay by one point to remain undefeated. Was that the only hurdle to 18-0?
