The Good and the Bad – April 1986

The Good

• Memphis went 3-1 in the month
• Quarterback Kent Austin is showing some signs of maybe taking over for the inconsistent Walter Lewis
• The defense keeps this team in games

The Bad

• The offense needs to find more consistency to support the defense
• Playing in the South division is never easy

Our Thoughts

Before finishing on the road, the Showboats have 4 games at home. The game in Tampa will be difficult, but the Brass shouldn’t be. As far as the other games, if we show up and support the team, there’s no reason they can’t win most of them and push for the playoffs! Show up over the next 4 weeks, meet your fellow fans, and get loud!
