The chess match continues in Dune Episode 2. We get the opening gambit in the form of a betrayal. I will leave it at that for now. Not usually one to care about spoilers, but I will preserve this 50 year old book and 5 year old movie for you. Listen to the episode to get the whole story.
Speaking of story, this is a well crafted and excellently written one. Everything exists for a purpose and that purpose is to push the plot and story forward. Hey, he got me to root for one group of rich assholes against another group of rich assholes. That alone should get you interested.
