After this one, I’m taking a bit of a break from the book. It’s just all so much, espeically with everything going on in the country right now. So, over the next month or so, I will read Project Hail Mary and do the Movie Vs. I think that might give me enough hope to come back and crush once again with the rest of the book. So, what do you get in The Burning God Episode 3?
After giving the summary of the book, I frame my reaction according to four thought that I had while reading the book. They are as follows (sorry, no time stamps this time around):
- Power Corrupts, Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely
- You either die the hero or live long enough to become the villain
- All or nothing vs. compromise
- Colonialism.
