Welcome to the 2nd episode of the new Noob and Sons!
In this episode, I talked with Liam and Aiden about one of our new favorite games, X-Wing Miniatures. We decided that it is a good game and we all want to explore it more.
Then, Quinn joined us to discuss the Lego Star Wars video games. They combine two of our favorite things, so of course we love them!
Finally, we talked about the two most recent Star Wars movies that we’ve seen. We compared The Force Awakens to Rogue One.

Noob and his (3 this time) sons return for the relaunch of their show to talk all things Pokemon.
First, on the digital playground, we talked about the latest 3DS offerings, Sun and Moon. Aiden and Quinn haven’t gotten a chance to play it, but they give insights from the games they have played.
Secondly, we busted open a box of X/Y Generations to do a sealed tournament. Well, it was part of a tournament because there was some grumpiness that postponed the championship indefinitely.

On the Tabletop – We join forces with Earth’s mightiest mini heroes with some ideas for those of you who want to get into miniature games. The conversation focused on Heroclix, but we talked briefly about other games, too.

[Noob and Sons] Episode 3 - Spring Back Into Gaming
Enjoy your Halloween leftovers (I think those exist. I might be confusing my holidays.) with the first episode of Noob and Sons. After talking briefly about our favorite parts of Halloween, we talked about the following.
The Digital Playground – We discussed the funny and spooky Luigi’s Mansion for the Nintendo 3DS. It is a fun and challenging game for the whole family.
On the Tabletop – We dress up as characters, metaphorically, in our favorite galaxy far, far away and try to defeat Teemo the Hutt to win our freedom. More adventures to come!
